How can I create an account on AUDRAYHODGE.COM ?

Simply go to "Create an account" or enter your information during checkout. You will then be able to register your email address and password.

I forgot my password. What should I do ?

To reset your password, go to "Reset your password". A password reset link will be sent to your email. Be sure to check your spam folder as well.

Can I place an order without creating an account on AUDRAYHODGE.COM ?

Yes, you can place your order as a guest. However, this option will not give you access to a customer account. To track your order, you will need to use the confirmation email sent by the carrier. If you wish, you can later create an account using the same email address provided during your order. This will allow you to access your purchase history associated with that email.

How can I modify or delete a postal address ?

You can update and modify your account information by accessing your account page. Go to the "Account Details" section, then click on "View Addresses" and finally on "Edit".

If you would like to delete your account, we recommend submitting your request via our contact form.

Creating an account allows you to track your orders online and view your purchase history. You will also be able to manage your personal information.

DELIVERY

Which countries do you deliver to ?

AUDRAY HODGE offers delivery within France and internationally, with some exceptions. For more information, we invite you to contact our Customer Service.

What are the delivery times ?

For deliveries within France, orders are delivered to your home within an average of 3 to 5 business days, excluding public holidays.

For international deliveries within the European zone, orders are delivered to your home within an average of 5 to 8 business days, excluding public holidays.

For international deliveries outside Europe, orders are delivered to your home within an average of 8 to 12 business days, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only. Please also note that sometimes circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, may cause delivery delays.

What delivery options/services are available ?

We ship to any personal postal address.

In France, orders are delivered to your home via Colissimo with signature upon delivery.

For international deliveries, we use Chronopost services.

Is delivery free of charge ?

Shipping fees will be automatically calculated before your order is finalized.

Do I have to pay customs fees ?

Product prices are listed in euros, including all taxes, but do not include customs fees. AUDRAY HODGE cannot be held responsible for any actions, fees, taxes, or possible delays related to customs procedures, which are beyond our control.

How can I track the progress of my order ?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link that allows you to follow its journey. All orders are shipped by our carrier and can be fully tracked on their website via the link provided. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, please feel free to contact them directly.

ORDER & PAYMENT

The product is out of stock. Can you notify me when it becomes available again?

If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for our waiting list by clicking "Join the waiting list" on the product page. You will receive a notification as soon as the item is available again.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed ?

When your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Can I modify or cancel my order ?

Once your order is confirmed, no changes can be made. However, you have 14 days after receipt to initiate a return. Since exchanges are not yet available, we will issue a refund for returned items, provided your request complies with our return policy.

Where can I find my invoice ?

An invoice is generated for each order placed. Whether you ordered as a guest or through a customer account, you will receive your invoice by email when your shipment is confirmed. If you placed your order from a customer account, you can also find your invoice in your personal space under the "My Orders" section.

How long can I keep an item in my cart ?

Once added to your cart, the item will remain there as long as it is still displayed in our online store. However, adding an item to your cart does not guarantee its availability or reservation, which is only secured once payment has been confirmed.

What payment methods are accepted ?

You can pay for your order using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. The amount will be charged to your card when the order is confirmed. Payments can also be made via applications such as PayPal or Apple Pay (mobile).

Is payment on AUDRAYHODGE.COM secure ?

In accordance with the European DSP2 directive, a "3D Secure" authentication is systematically applied to every order.

Why was my payment declined ?

If your payment is declined or canceled, we recommend contacting your bank directly.

Do I need to provide documents to validate my order ?

As part of fraud prevention and for your security, our payment provider may perform checks and contact you before validating a transaction.

When will I be charged ?

The timing of your charge depends on the selected payment method. For credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), the charge occurs at the time of shipment. If you opt for a third-party payment service like PayPal, the charge occurs upon order confirmation. For deferred or installment payments, the deductions follow the schedule defined by the selected option. If an item becomes unavailable, an automatic refund will be processed.

RETURN & REFUND

How can I return an item purchased on AUDRAYHODGE.COM ?

In accordance with current legislation, you have fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item by following these steps:
1. Contact our Customer Service :

Inform us of your wish to return one or more items, specifying your order number.

2. Prepare the package :

Carefully pack the items to be returned in their original packaging.

3. Send the package :

Ship the parcel to the following address : AUDRAY HODGE, 10 Place Vendôme, 75001 - Paris.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a secure shipping service with tracking.

What is your return & refund policy ?

Can I make an exchange ?

For any order placed on AUDRAYHODGE.COM, exchanges are not yet possible. However, you may return your item in accordance with our refund policy and place a new order.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged ?

Our logistics teams take great care in preparing your orders and work with reliable delivery services. However, if your package arrives damaged, please check that all ordered items are present and intact. If not, we invite you to fill out our contact form and provide the following details : your order number, a detailed description of the issue, references for any missing or damaged items, and photos of the package and affected pieces. Please keep these items until the issue is resolved. Additionally, do not remove the AUDRAY HODGE tag attached to the item, as we will not be able to process your request without it.

What should I do if the item I received has a defect ?

Please contact our Customer Service team at customer@audrayhodge.com. You have seven (7) days from the receipt of your order to report any defects on a received item.

An item is missing from my order. What should I do ?

If, despite the care taken in preparing your order, a piece is missing from your package, please contact us via our contact form. To help us process your request efficiently, please provide your order number and the reference of the missing item.

I received the wrong item. What should I do ?

Although our teams take great care in preparing your order, an error may have occurred. We sincerely apologize for this.
Please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible at customer@audrayhodge.com. To process your request efficiently, kindly provide us with a photo of the received item, its reference, and the reference of the missing item if your order contained multiple pieces.

What are your refund processing times ?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund for the returned items within fourteen (14) business days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

How can I check if my return has been received ?

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been approved. We recommend keeping the tracking number provided on your return shipping label to monitor the status of your return.

Can I modify or cancel my return request ?

Once your return request has been submitted, you cannot modify the details. Please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible via our contact form.
Please note that cancellation or a new return request can only be processed if you have not yet shipped your return package.

Are shipping costs refundable ?

Why is the number of references so limited ?

Can I order a custom-made piece ?

AUDRAY HODGE does not offer custom-made services at this time.

AUDRAY HODGE does not provide a product authentication service. Authenticity is only guaranteed for items purchased through AUDRAYHODGE.COM or an authorized retailer.

If you have concerns about a resale website, please contact us via our contact form with the seller’s details. We will confirm whether they are an official reseller.
